NAD+ dose & price
Sessions run 1.5 to 3 hours depending on dose. A clinician stays with you the entire time, so a larger dose costs less per milligram than booking a second visit. Not sure where to begin? Start at 250mg and we'll build up from there.
Why we lead with it

NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body, and it is essential for life. It powers your mitochondria, repairs damaged DNA and regulates hundreds of metabolic processes.
The problem is arithmetic: NAD+ levels decline by up to 50% between your twenties and your fifties. Replenishing it intravenously is the only delivery route that reaches a clinically meaningful concentration.
IM shots deliver NAD+ into muscle tissue. Faster than a pill, but the dose ceiling is low and absorption is still incomplete. For genuine cellular restoration, only an IV delivers the concentration the body needs.

How much does mobile IV therapy cost in Jersey City, Hoboken and the rest of New Jersey?
Wellness drips (Energy & Focus, Immunity, Recovery, Beauty & Glow, Relax, Hangover) are $299 per session, and Hydration is $274. NAD+ starts at $299 for a 250mg infusion. IM shots (LeanShot, RecoverShot, B12 Shot) are $48 each. Mobile service anywhere in New Jersey, including travel, is already included in every price. No consultation fee is required to see what things cost.
What is NAD+ IV therapy and how is it different from an NAD+ shot or supplement?
NAD+ delivered by IV reaches roughly 100% absorption, compared to about 50 to 60% for an IM shot and only 10 to 20% for an oral supplement. IV infusion also allows a clinically meaningful dose of 250 to 1,000mg, while an IM shot is capped near 100mg. That's why IV delivery is used for cellular repair and longevity, while a shot is better suited to a quick lift.
Do I need a doctor's visit or prescription before booking?
No. You reserve a time online or by phone, and before your session your nurse practitioner or physician calls you personally to review your health history and medications. Your protocol is built around that conversation. Every session is administered on-site by a licensed physician or nurse practitioner, never a technician.
Does The IV Spa come to Hoboken and Jersey City, or only certain towns?
The IV Spa serves all of New Jersey, with a large share of clients in Jersey City, Hoboken and the rest of Hudson County. Your clinician comes to your home, office or hotel, and travel is already included in the price, wherever in New Jersey you're located.
What conditions can mobile IV therapy help with?
Clients commonly book IV therapy for migraines, food poisoning, pregnancy nausea and hyperemesis gravidarum, chronic fatigue and brain fog, post-surgery recovery, and cyclic vomiting syndrome. If your situation isn't listed, contact us and our physician will build a customized protocol.
How do the NAD+ memberships and packages work?
The Signature plan is one infusion a month for $269, Reserve is two infusions a month for $539, and Elite is four infusions a month for $1,079, each billed monthly with a three-month minimum. Outside of a membership, the Three IV Bundle offers three wellness drips for $869, and NAD+ is available as a three-session Series for $1,247 or paired with glutathione in the Cellular Reset package for $499.
