What is NAD+ IV therapy and how is it different from an NAD+ shot or supplement?
NAD+ delivered by IV reaches roughly 100% absorption, compared to about 50 to 60% for an IM shot and 10 to 20% for an oral supplement. IV also allows a dose of 250 to 1,000mg, while an IM shot is capped near 100mg.
